Go Go Auto – Policies & Terms

Welcome to Go Go Auto. By booking an appointment or requesting service, you agree to the following Policies & Terms. These are designed to ensure clear expectations, safe working conditions, and professional service.



1. Mobile Service Overview

Go Go Auto is a mobile automotive repair service providing on-site diagnostics, repairs, and roadside assistance when available.

We operate from Brampton and serve surrounding areas including Mississauga, Caledon, and Halton Hills.

All services are performed at the customer’s location when conditions allow.



2. Mobile Service Call & Booking

A Mobile Service Call is required to book and secure an appointment.

Service Call Fees:

• $60 – Service within Brampton 
• $90 – Service in extended areas including Mississauga, Caledon, and Halton Hills 

Service call fees are based on location and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

The Mobile Service Call includes:

• travel to the service location 
• initial vehicle diagnostics 
• on-site inspection and assessment 

This fee reserves technician time and covers travel, setup, and initial evaluation.



3. Repair Authorization

By requesting service or approving a repair estimate, the customer authorizes Go Go Auto to perform diagnostics and repairs.

No repair work will be completed without customer approval.

Approval may be provided through:

• verbal authorization 
• text message confirmation 
• email confirmation 
• signed estimate or invoice 

Once approved, the customer agrees to pay the full cost of the authorized work.

If additional issues are discovered, authorization will be requested before proceeding.

Diagnostic time and labour already performed remain chargeable even if repairs are declined.



4. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods:

• Cash 
• Debit 
• Credit Card 

The Mobile Service Call must be paid at the time of booking.

Full payment for services is due immediately upon completion of the repair.

Failure to provide payment may result in additional administrative actions or collection efforts.



5. Diagnostic Disclaimer

The Mobile Service Call includes an initial diagnostic assessment.

Some issues require extended testing, disassembly, or additional time.

If additional diagnostic time is required, additional charges will apply based on time spent.

Mobile diagnostics are limited to accessible components and on-site conditions.

 

 

 6. Customer Supplied Parts Policy

Go Go Auto does NOT install customer-supplied parts.

All parts must be sourced by Go Go Auto to ensure:

• proper fit and compatibility 
• quality and reliability 
• eligibility for supplier warranty 

Customer-supplied parts cannot be verified and are not covered under any warranty.



7. Parts & Warranty

Certain parts installed may include manufacturer or supplier warranties.

Warranty coverage depends on:

• part manufacturer 
• component type 
• supplier terms 

Warranty does NOT cover:

• misuse or neglect 
• unrelated failures 
• pre-existing conditions 
• modified or incompatible components 

Labour warranty may vary depending on the repair.



8. Appointment Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations with less than 4 hours notice will result in loss of the Mobile Service Call fee.



9. Service Location Requirements

Customers must provide a safe, legal, and accessible work area.

The service area must:

• allow sufficient working space 
• be legally accessible 
• be safe for the technician 

During winter conditions:

• snow and ice must be cleared 
• the vehicle must not be obstructed 

If the technician arrives and cannot safely perform the work, the appointment may be rescheduled and the Mobile Service Call fee will be forfeited.



10. Weather & Environmental Conditions

Service may be rescheduled or declined due to unsafe weather conditions including:

• extreme cold 
• snow or ice 
• freezing rain 
• severe weather 

Safety is always the priority.



11. Service Limitations

Some repairs are not suitable for a mobile environment.

Go Go Auto may decline or postpone service if:

• specialized shop equipment is required 
• conditions are unsafe 
• the repair cannot be performed on-site 

Alternative recommendations may be provided.



12. Roadside Assistance

Roadside assistance may be available depending on technician availability.

Services may include:

• diagnostics 
• battery issues 
• minor emergency repairs 

Additional charges may apply.



13. Roadside Safety

Service may be declined if the vehicle location presents safety risks, including traffic hazards or unsafe positioning.



14. Towing

Go Go Auto does not provide towing services but may recommend local providers.



15. Liability Limitations

Go Go Auto is not responsible for:

• pre-existing damage 
• hidden or undiscovered damage 
• failures unrelated to the repair 
• damage caused by worn, rusted, or failing components 
• delays due to weather, traffic, or parts availability 

Vehicles with high mileage, corrosion, or prior damage may experience additional issues during repair. Go Go Auto is not liable for such outcomes.



16. Privacy Policy

Customer information may include:

• name 
• phone number 
• service location 

This information is used only for scheduling, communication, and service records.

Information is not sold or shared except as required for payment processing or parts sourcing.



17. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment or receiving service, the customer confirms they have read and agree to these Policies & Terms.
