At Go Go Auto, we provide professional mobile automotive repair services across Brampton and surrounding areas. Here you'll find detailed answers to common questions about out service, pricing, booking and policies.
Go Go Auto primarily services Brampton with a mobile service charge of $60.
We also service extended areas including Mississauga, Caledon and Halton Hills at a mobile service charge of $90.
If yu are located outside of these areas, you must call to confirm availability. Service may still be provided at an increased rate depending on distance and scheduling.
The mobile service charge ($60 or $90 depending on location) is a required charge that includes:
Travel time and cost for the mechanic to come to your location
Up to 1 hour diagnostic time
This fee is required for all services and is separate from repair costs. The mobile service charge must be paid in advance in order to secure your appointment.
No. The included time allows for initial inspection and basic diagnosis only. Some issues may require additional time, advanced testing, or further disassembly. Any additional diagnostic time will be clearly communicated and approved before proceeding and may result in additional charges.
Yes. After-hours and emergency service is charged at the standard rate ($60 or $90) plus an additional $100 emergency fee.
Yes. All work is approved before it begins. Estimates are based on visible and testable conditions at the time of inspection. Additional issues may be discovered once the repairs begin. No repairs will be preformed without customer authorization. Approval may be given verbally, including over the phone.
Yes. Deposits are required for:
Larger repair job
Jobs requiring special order parts
We require the mobile service charge to be pain in advanced to secure your appointment.
All deposits are non-refundable, as they are used to secure scheduling and/or purchase parts. Deposits are separate from and in addition to the mobile service charge.
We accept

Credit Card
Payment is due upon completion of the approved work unless otherwise agreed in advanced.
We accept e-transfer for mobile service charge in order to secure your appointment.
Yes- we provide a limited workmanship guarantee.
This guarantee applies only to the specific components and services directly worked on during the approved repair.
This guarantee does not cover:
unrelated components or systems
pre-existing issues
wear and tear
failure of surrounding or connected parts
issues not caused by workmanship error
Go Go Auto reserves the right to determine whether a concern is directly related to the original repair.
Any concerns regarding workmanship must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Failure to report within this timeline will result in the concern being treated as a new service request, subject to standard diagnostic and service fees.
Parts are covered only where applicable through the manufacturer's warranty.
Go Go Auto supplies all parts used to ensure quality and compatibility.
No. We do not install customer- supplied parts under any circumstances due to quality control, compatibility concerns and warranty limitations.
