We service:

Brampton: $60 mobile service charge

Extended areas: $90 mobile service charge
For locations outside these areas, please call. We will do our best to accommodate depending on availability and scheduling.
For certain bookings (including larger jobs or advance scheduling), the mobile service charge may be required in advance to secure the appointment.
2. Mobile Service Charge & Diagnostics
All services include a mobile service charge, which covers:

Travel to your location

Basic diagnostics (up to 1 hour, as required)
Diagnostic time is based on what is reasonably required to assess the issue and is not guaranteed to use the full hour.
Diagnostics are limited to what can be accessed without significant disassembly.
If further inspection is required beyond surface-level access:

Additional charges will apply

You will be informed before proceeding

Your approval is required
3. Estimate & Approval
You will receive an estimate before any repair work begins.
No work will be performed without customer authorization.
Approval may be:

Verbal (standard for efficiency)

Written (available upon request)
By providing approval, you authorize Go Go Auto to proceed with the agreed services and charges.
4. On-Site Service & Repairs
Repairs are performed at your location where conditions safely and reasonably allow.
Service is dependent on:

Safe working conditions
-
Vehicle condition
-
Accessibility
If a repair cannot be completed on-site, you will be informed and alternative recommendations may be provided.
5. 24-Hour Goodwill Return Policy
We take pride in our work and aim to ensure your vehicle is operating properly.
If you experience an issue directly related to the original repair within 24 hours, we will return to reassess at no additional charge.
Important conditions:

This policy applies only to the original repair performed

The issue must be directly related and not a separate or new problem

Assessment will be based on professional diagnosis at the time of return
If the issue is determined to be unrelated, a new mobile service charge will apply:

$60 (Brampton)

$90 (extended areas)
Labour is not formally warranted.
Parts are subject only to manufacturer warranties, where applicable.

6. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.
We accept:

Cash

Card
For certain bookings, the mobile service charge may be collected in advance to secure the appointment. This is not an additional fee — it is applied toward the service provided.
7. Cancellations & No-Show Policy
A minimum of 4 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
If the mobile service charge was paid in advance:

No-shows will forfeit the payment

Late cancellations may result in loss of the secured appointment time
Appointments are only secured once advance payment (when required) has been received.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

The vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time
-
A safe and legal working environment is provided
-
Adequate space is available for service
The customer does not need to be present, but must ensure access to the vehicle is arranged.
9. Service Limitations & Liability
Go Go Auto reserves the right to refuse or stop service if:

Working conditions are unsafe
-
The repair cannot be performed properly on-site
We are not responsible for:
-
Pre-existing issues or damage
-
Failures due to worn, rusted, or seized components
-
Additional damage that may occur during necessary removal of heavily worn or stuck parts
All work is performed based on visible and accessible conditions at the time of service.
