Policies & Terms of Service
📅 Booking & Payment Policy To secure an appointment, a $60 non-refundable booking and diagnostic fee is required. This fee covers: ✔ Travel within the service area ✔ Initial mechanical diagnosis 🔹 Outside service area: Additional travel fee of $25+ applies. 🔹 Payment Methods: Secure payment via e-transfer or invoice links. 🔹 Cancellations: Must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations forfeit the booking fee.
🛠 Repair Authorization Policy All repair work requires signed authorization before service begins. ✔ A written estimate will be provided after the initial diagnostic visit. ✔ Final charges will not exceed the approved estimate by more than 10%, unless a new estimate is signed. ✔ If additional repairs are needed beyond the original estimate, customers will be contacted for approval.
🔧 Parts & Warranty Policy We stand by our work! ✔ Warranty options may be available on selected parts—details provided upon request. ✔ Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period for eligibility. ✔ Customers providing their own parts must acknowledge that Go Go Auto cannot guarantee quality, compatibility, or warranty coverage on those parts.
📍 Service Area & Vehicle Access Customers must provide a: ✔ Safe, level, and legal parking area for repairs. ✔ Accessible space for our technician to perform services safely. ✔ If access is unsafe or unavailable, the appointment may be rescheduled.
🔥 Emergency & After-Hours Service Policy ✔ Emergency repairs may be available on a case-by-case basis—additional fees may apply. ✔ After-hours services are limited—contact us for availability.
🔒 Insurance & Liability Coverage ✔ Road risk insurance protects vehicles during test drives. ✔ Garage liability coverage applies to accidental damage caused by our technicians. ✔ Go Go Auto is not responsible for mechanical failures unrelated to our services.
⚠️ Liability Disclaimer Go Go Auto is not responsible for: ❌ Pre-existing vehicle conditions or unrelated damage ❌ Additional faults discovered during or after the repair ❌ Delays caused by weather, unavailable parts, or unsafe service conditions
🛢️ Oil Spill & Surface Damage Waiver We take precautions to protect your property using protective mats and absorbents. However, due to the nature of mobile auto repairs: ✔ Occasional spills may occur despite best efforts. ✔ Customers accept responsibility for any stains, discoloration, or surface damage resulting from automotive fluids. ✔ If you have surface concerns, please notify Go Go Auto before service begins so we can accommodate accordingly.
💳 Refund & Dispute Resolution Policy ✔ Booking fees are non-refundable once payment is received. ✔ If a customer is unsatisfied with service, they must notify Go Go Auto within 48 hours to discuss resolution options. ✔ Refunds may be issued for incomplete services under specific conditions, determined on a case-by-case basis.
🚗 Mobile Service Limitations ✔ Due to the nature of mobile repairs, some services may require specialized tools or shop access. ✔ We do not perform extensive engine rebuilds or transmission swaps on-site. ✔ Inclement weather or unsafe working conditions may impact service availability.
👥 Customer Responsibilities ✔ Customers may choose to be present during repairs, but remote authorization is available for convenience. ✔ Vehicles must be accessible for service, whether the customer is present or not. ✔ Customers must ensure that pets or other potential hazards do not interfere with service.
🌧️ Weather Contingencies ✔ If severe weather conditions (heavy rain, snow, extreme temperatures) impact safety or service efficiency, appointments may be rescheduled. ✔ Customers will be notified promptly if weather-related delays occur.
🛠️ Parts Sourcing ✔ Customers may provide their own parts; however, Go Go Auto assumes no responsibility for part quality, compatibility, or warranty coverage. ✔ Customers are responsible for ensuring provided parts meet manufacturer specifications. ✔ Customers shall bear all costs related to the installation of supplied parts, regardless of fitment or compatibility. Go Go Auto is not responsible for: ❌ Vehicle conditions or related damage caused by parts that have been provided by the customer
⭐ Service Guarantee & Follow-Up Policy ✔ If any concerns arise within 48 of service, Go Go Auto will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. ✔ We strive for customer satisfaction—follow-up adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
